A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 70% balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival date.
A £2,500 security deposit is payable before arrival. This will be refunded within one week of departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
All bookings are handled personally. Once an enquiry has been received, availability, payment details and confirmation will be communicated directly to ensure a smooth and tailored booking experience.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than four weeks prior to arrival, any balance payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within four weeks of arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable unless the property can be re-let for the same period.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness or unforeseen circumstances.
The £2,500 security deposit covers loss, damage or excessive cleaning required during your stay.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and orderly condition. Any breakages, damage or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit amount, guests will be liable for the remaining balance.
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed occupancy stated at the time of booking.
No additional guests, parties or events may take place without prior written agreement.
The property must not be used for commercial purposes without express permission.
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed prior to arrival.
Late departures or early arrivals may be accommodated by prior agreement only.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Guests acknowledge that use of the property, including swimming pool, sauna, grounds and any recreational facilities, is at their own risk.
French Château Holidays and the property owners accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
We cannot be held liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your stay.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
