A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking as outlined in our booking policy. The remaining 70% balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival date.
Additionally, a £2,500 security deposit is payable before arrival, which will be refunded within one week of departure, provided that a satisfactory property inspection is completed. This is part of our terms and conditions for your booking.
All bookings are handled personally. Once an enquiry has been received, we will communicate availability, payment details, and confirmation directly to ensure a smooth and tailored booking experience.
Please be aware that failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking, as stated in our cancellation policy.
All cancellations must be made in writing in accordance with our booking policy. The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable as outlined in our terms and conditions. If cancellation occurs more than four weeks prior to arrival, any balance payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. However, if cancellation occurs within four weeks of arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable unless the property can be re-let for the same period, in line with our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
The £2,500 security deposit is part of our booking policy and covers any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning that may arise during your stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is left in a clean and orderly condition as outlined in our terms and conditions. Please note that any breakages, damage, or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, guests will be liable for the remaining balance, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed occupancy stated in the booking policy at the time of booking. No additional guests, parties, or events may take place without prior written agreement, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Additionally, the property must not be used for commercial purposes without express permission, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed prior to arrival in accordance with our booking policy. Please note that late departures or early arrivals may be accommodated only by prior agreement, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Guests agree to the following terms and conditions: respect the property and its contents, comply with local laws and regulations, maintain reasonable noise levels, supervise children at all times, and understand that the use of the pool, grounds, and facilities is at their own risk. Guests acknowledge that use of the property, including the swimming pool, sauna, grounds, and any recreational facilities, is at their own risk. We cannot be held liable for events beyond our reasonable control, which may affect your stay in accordance with our booking policy, cancellation policy, and terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These terms and conditions, including our booking policy and cancellation policy, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
