About Us

Welcome to Château Degay Estate

After many happy years holidaying in France with friends and family, and a lifelong love of French interiors, food, and wine, we took the plunge and became the proud custodians of this beautiful château. From the moment we first saw it, we knew it was a special place worth sharing, especially as it opens its doors as one of the finest château vacation rentals.

We are lovingly renovating and updating the interiors to preserve the château’s authentic character while introducing modern comforts for our guests. Every room reflects our passion for thoughtful design, relaxed entertaining, and the warm, unhurried French way of life. With a background in the luxury sector, Vanessa brings years of experience in creating exceptional experiences and curated events, ensuring every stay—whether an intimate gathering, celebration, or luxury French retreat—is handled with care, attention, and genuine hospitality.

We cannot wait to welcome you. Come and experience the atmosphere, the food, the wine, and the sense of occasion that inspired us to make this place our home—and now yours, as part of your unforgettable French château holiday.
